7. Worksheet Use Permission

Unless a worksheet states otherwise, CommonHelpSource grants users permission to download, print, complete, and share unmodified copies of CommonHelpSource worksheets directly with their own clients, students, supervisees, or program participants for educational, clinical-support, case-management, or social-service purposes. Organizations may make reasonable internal copies for their staff and participants.

This permission does not allow users to sell the worksheets, remove copyright or source notices, claim authorship, rebrand them as another organization's original work, upload them to another public website or resource library, or include them in a product or collection offered for sale without written permission from CommonHelpSource. Completed worksheets may be kept as part of an appropriate professional record subject to the user's privacy and recordkeeping obligations.

CommonHelpSource shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
