Individual plans

An active individual member may download, print, edit, and use eligible professional resources in their own direct work. They may provide completed or participant-facing copies to people they personally serve and may use AI-generated drafts after appropriate review.

Team plans

An active team plan permits the same use by the number of staff seats included in that plan, within one purchasing organization or program. Each person using member tools must have an authorized seat.

Not permitted

Your adaptations and AI output

You may edit AI-generated output and member resources for permitted professional use. You are responsible for checking accuracy, suitability, scope of practice, accessibility, local requirements, and safety before use. CommonHelpSource does not guarantee that generated output is unique, clinically appropriate, or free of errors.

When a membership ends

You may continue using participant copies and completed work already created during an active term. Access to member-only tools, new downloads, updates, and creation of new derivative resource packs ends when the membership ends.
