Build one application from your selected forms
Choose originals to build one shared application. Springfield options include Linden Towers through Appleton, Hotel Worthy through Carabetta, Baystate Place, Colonial Estates, Knox and the Housing Authority's federal application. Shared questions appear once; each selection adds its distinct questions, including household members, housing history and financial details. Start a fictional three-person test, or leave the answers blank and enter your own.
This tests the reviewed versions we have on hand. Some maps are partial; signatures, tax questions and other provider steps still need direct completion. Current provider versions need confirmation before release.

Build your application list
Select paper applications and their official blank PDFs load automatically. Answer the shared interview once, then check each original and its question status. Online applications and provider-contact routes keep their own next steps. Detailed maps build a conditional shared intake; each loaded original shows its question coverage and direct provider steps. Older partial maps are labeled separately. A field map alone does not establish document completion.

Choose a county and town to see its paper CHAMP, authority forms and shared provider options. Programs are separate; confirm the correct route.
How much of the catalog can this fill?
The form inventory is available after the local tools load.
Each connected original has an exact-version printed-question ledger. Detailed maps connect ordinary questions to the shared interview; partial maps are labeled individually. Reviewed applications are added to this pilot as their output connections are verified. Flat pages and revised originals need reviewed placement maps. Source changes disable automatic mapping.

How do I continue later without a saved profile?
Download an editable PDF, then choose that file here later. Reopen answers reads its actual form fields on your device and lets you review recovered values before applying them. No hidden applicant profile is included. A static print packet cannot restore editable answers. For another filled PDF, map its fields, then choose Recover mapped answers.

Your full draft package
Check every page, all mapped values, unanswered questions, required signatures, attachments and the provider's submission instructions. A prepared PDF is a draft for review, not an accepted or submitted application.

The ZIP includes editable PDF drafts and completion-checklist.html. Extract the package and open the checklist to see remaining work. Unmapped forms can contain no new answers; missing originals are listed, never silently omitted.
No per-document acknowledgment is needed to obtain drafts. Review each original before submitting. Downloads contain applicant information and remain on your device.
